If you've ever dreamed of standing on a 5,000-metre summit – without needing technical climbing skills, ice axes, or years of experience – this is your invitation.
Yukhin Peak (5,130m) is one of the Pamirs' most accessible "walk-up" peaks: it features no vertical ice walls, no exposed ridges, and no technical rope work. What it does offer is a genuine high-altitude experience: glacier travel, moraine navigation, snow slopes up to 30°, and the profound satisfaction of earning a summit with your own effort.
This 8-day itinerary is designed for trekkers ready to level up. You'll follow an acclimatisation profile, trek through the turquoise "fjords" of Achik-Tash Valley, sleep in heated yurt camps at 3,600m and 4,400m, and summit Yukhin Peak under the guidance of a mountain guide. Everything is organised end-to-end: permits, transfers, full-board meals, porter support, equipment rental and on-site medical oversight.
Comfort high-altitude trekking with guided ascent of Yukhin Peak (5,130m): 8 days at the foot of a 7,134 m giant in Kyrgyzstan’s roof of the world.
Authentic yurt glamping, hot showers, full-board meals.
No heavy backpack. No tent pitching. No technical gear. Stand on a 5,000m summit with no previous experience required.
